LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Nov. 12, 2025) — The Frazier History Museum is bringing back Lights on Main, transforming three floors into a festive forest of decorated trees from Nov. 25 through Jan. 4.

The holiday display, presented in partnership with the nonprofit I Would Rather Be Reading, supports literacy programs for children across Louisville.

"Lights on Main has become more than a holiday tradition — it’s a celebration of what’s possible when a city comes together to support kids and families," said Allison Ogle, co-CEO and co-founder of the organization in a news release.

Visitors can enjoy holiday crafts, photo ops with Santa and the Grinch, and local food and drink. Highlights include an opening night party Dec. 4 and a free family day Dec. 14 sponsored by Passport by Molina Healthcare.

Proceeds benefit both the Frazier History Museum and local literacy programs. Admission is included with regular museum entry or membership.
