Radcliff officials said a season without thousands of cadets and soldiers visiting the post is yet another economic blow to the surrounding community.
As a result of the training, "increased noise and vibrations" may be experienced in the surrounding area during this period, police said.
The soldiers will head to Germany and Poland to help build readiness, improve operations, and reinforce allies during the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
