Ballard was killed on family property in 2016 while he was getting ready to go hunting with his grandson.
Tommy Ballard spent the last 18 months of his life searching for his daughter Crystal Rogers, and a mother of five who disappeared in July 2015 from Bardstown, Kentucky.
