Kentucky regulators on Tuesday raided the Louisville and Lexington locations of Justins’ House of Bourbon, a specialty bourbon shop, seizing “numerous” bourbon bottles and other evidence of suspected “improper” purchases and sales, according to state officials.
Kentucky Alcoholic Beverage Control officials have charged Justins’ House of Bourbon with a number of violations of state alcohol laws, which could lead to the suspension or revocation of the specialty whiskey retailer’s ABC licenses.
Justins' House of Bourbon settled its case with the Kentucky Alcoholic Beverage Council more than a year after regulators charged the vintage bourbon company with a violation of state laws.
