The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet said it is in the process of filling three positions.
A Louisville Metro Council member asked for the state of Kentucky to help decrease long lines at the Driver Licensing Regional Office on Broadway in the city's West end.
"We're going to start an investigation with our oversight committee and we're asking the attorney general to investigate it from a law enforcement angle."
