Former Clark County Sheriff Jamey Noel posts $75,000 bond a day after being charged with 15 felonies
Noel was charged with a slew of crimes stemming from a nearly year-long investigation by his predecessor in Clark County, Sheriff Scottie Maples, and Indiana State Police.
Noel was arrested last week on 15 felony charges of theft, fraud, ghost employment and corruption.Â
According to court documents, Noel was issued a check for $35,000 from Humana.Â
