Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF) will receive $11,490,479 while Bowman Field was awarded $23,000, announced by U.S. Sen. Mitch McConnell Monday.

The airport was the fifth busiest in the world in 2020 and the third busiest in North America, according to a World Airport Traffic Report. 

The Louisville airport was awarded $36.5 million, while Bowman Field and Clark Regional were awarded $59,000 each.
