Flooding in the hallway of M. Fine On Spring apartments in Jeffersonville, Ind.Â

Tenants have signed a petition asking either the city or the owner of the M. Fine on Spring apartment building, New Hope Services Inc., to pay for what residents have lost after the building flooded for a fourth time since opening in 2018.
The drainage project is expected to be finished in the spring.
