LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The 3rd Street ramp (exit 5B) from Interstate 64 in downtown Louisville reopened.

The ramp was shut down during the flooding along River Road over the past few weeks. It's back open now, but crews haven't fully cleared all the debris left behind, a spokesperson with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet said.

The traffic signal at the end of the ramp is working, but drivers will not be able to turn right or left onto River Road at this point due to the leftover debris. Motorist can only go straight through the intersection and up 3rd Street.
