LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A 54-year-old man died in a crash in Jeffersontown on Saturday evening.

Det. Mike Lauder, a spokesperson for the Jeffersontown Police Department, said in a news release that officers responded to a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 64 West, just west of the Blankenbaker Parkway exit, at 9:21 p.m.

According to police, the vehicle left the roadway and crashed. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene died and was the only one in the vehicle.

The identity of the victim has not been released.
