LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A 61-year-old woman was identified as the victim of a fatal crash on Fern Valley Road on Friday morning.
Tina Marie Quigg was trying to cross Fern Valley Road near Interstate 65 when she was hit by a car around 6 a.m. Police said Quigg wasn't at a crosswalk when she was hit.
The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver had minor injuries from the crash, according to police.
LMPD's Traffic Unit is handling the investigation.
