LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- After 22 years, Beef 'O' Brady's in Middletown will close its doors.

The restaurant on Blankenbaker Parkway near Shelbyville Road announced in a Facebook post on Monday that their last day of operations would be Monday, Dec. 22.

The post reflected on the restaurant's long-standing role in the community, describing it as more than just a place to eat but a gathering spot where friendships were formed, games were watched, and memories were made.

The current owners, who have operated the location for the past five years, thanked customers for their continued support and loyalty. They said it has been an honor to serve local families, watch children grow up, and welcome familiar faces week after week.

While the restaurant's chapter in Middletown is coming to an end, the owners said the memories will remain and wished the community continued success and happiness moving forward.
