Humana hiring 400 temporary workers

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Humana is looking for 400 enrollment specialists in Louisville to review and process Humana Individual and Medicare Advantage member applications, respond to inquiries, and reconcile enrollment information.

According to a news release from Humana, the associates will be based in downtown Louisville and will serve the company for six months or less.

Humana is looking for professionals with customer service experience who have an attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Start dates for the enrollment specialists range from September to October. Open enrollment for Medicare begins October 15 and for Marketplace plans begins November 1.
