LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Kroger's Mobile Market will visit Fairdale in Louisville on Tuesday.
Louisville Metro Councilman Dan Seum, Jr. (R-13) said the mobile market will visit the Fairdale Library from noon to 1 p.m. The mobile market is in partnership with Louisville nonprofit Dare to Care.
"The people of Fairdale want many of the same things other areas take for granted," Seum said in a news release. "We are focused on bringing investment to Fairdale, whether we are talking about improving Jefferson Memorial Forest, investing in our community center and parks or attracting new businesses. I thank Kroger for coming to our district. We hope our strong participation leads to even greater investment and food options for our citizens."
Anyone who wants to shop for produce or other grocery needs can park near the Fairdale Library at 10620 W. Manslick Road.
People can purchase items using credit card, debit card or EBT. Cash will not be accepted.
