LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville garden center is moving to NuLu and plans to open April 1.
After opening in 1998, the Plant Kingdom on Westport Road in St. Matthews decided to move to a new location at 1000 E. Market St. The locally owned store is closed from March 17-31 in preparation, according to its website.
"We would like to extend our most sincere gratitude to all of our wonderful customers and neighbors who have made our current home a success for over 25 years and want to thank everyone in advance for their patience and kindness during this exciting transition," Plant Kingdom posted on Facebook.
Plant Kingdom offers trees, shrubs, perennials, houseplants, annual flowers, vegetable crops, herbs and other seasonal items. To shop online, click here.
The store will be opened 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, Saturdays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sundays 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
