LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A brand new food hall in Louisville has its first tenant, according to our partners at Louisville Business First.
Wiltshire Pantry & Bakery will join the brand new Mashup Food Hall at 750 E. Jefferson St. in the Phoenix Hill neighborhood.
Wiltshire is known for its selection of pastries, desserts., artisan breads, and breakfast and lunch items. They currently have two locations: one downtown and one in the Highlands.
Mashup Food Hall is still looking for more vendors to join the space. In addition to food vendors, it will also have a full-service bar, group event space and an upstairs coworking space.
It's expected to open in June next to the Tempo By Hilton Hotel, which opened in 2024. When it's filled, the approximately 50,000-square-foot building will have different businesses on each floor.
The food hall will have a full-service bar, group event space and areas for food vendors. On the second floor, Genuine Work Coworking Space will offer high-speed internet, private meeting rooms, classrooms and catering options from the food hall vendors. And businesses will make up the third and fourth floors in the Class A office space. Fifth Third Bank has already signed an agreement to be a tenant.
