LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville-based home organization and storage company acquired an Indiana cabinet company.
Rev-A-Shelf, which manufactures storage organizing accessories designed for residential stock or custom kitchen, bath or closet cabinetry, acquired Omega National Products. The Elkhart-based company produces wood cabinetry accessories, hoods and components.
Rev-A-Shelf leadership said the acquisition shows the company's commitment to North American manufacturing.
"As we continue to make these strategic investments, this only strengthens our capabilities in developing wood organization products and accessories that our customers demand," Steve Jones, GM/VP of Consumer Sales, said in a news release. "We truly believe our mutual customer base will benefit greatly from our expanded capabilities and supply chain options."
Rev-A-Shelf was established in 1984 as a division of Jones Plastic & Engineering. The company employs around 435 people.Â
