LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A "modern New York-style pizzeria" is set to open later this month in Louisville's NuLu neighborhood beside a local brewery.
Greenside is scheduled to open Feb. 12 at 905 E. Main St., part of a multimillion-dollar development with the relocation of Gravely Brewing from its long-held Baxter Avenue location.
Gravely founder Nathaniel Gravely pioneered the concept, he said in a news release Monday.
“Greenside is about intention,” Gravely said. “From the dough to the room itself, everything is designed to feel confident but approachable—a place where people want to sit, share a pie, and stay awhile.”
Gravely consulted with Max Balliet of Pizza Lupo — one of Louisville's most popular artisan pizza places — as he developed the pan for Greenside.
At Greenside, the pizza will pair with the Gravely beer, and the menu will also include wine and signature cocktails.
Greenside will be open 4-10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday.
