LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A Louisville hemp manufacturer is expanding its operations.
Thursday, Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear announced Cornbread Hemp will be investing $1 million to expand its operations, creating an additional 50 full-time jobs in production, fulfillment and sales.
Cornbread Hemp, founded in 2018, produces full-spectrum organic CBD products that are source directly from Kentucky-grown hemp plants. The company sells CBD gummies, oils, capsules and creams. The company, based in the Newburg neighborhood, also produced the first-ever USDA-certified organic CBD gummies.
