Mr. Gatti's Pizza opening new Louisville location in Okolona on Monday

The pizza restaurant chain announced last week its plans to open a new Family Entertainment Center on 8013 Preston Highway, in a space previously occupied by Golden Corral.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Mr. Gatti's Pizza is opening a new location in Okolona on Monday.

The pizza restaurant chain announced last week its plans to open a new Family Entertainment Center on 8013 Preston Highway, in a space previously occupied by Golden Corral.

Aftab Siddiqui, a current franchisee owner, will operate the new location.

"The new family entertainment center in Louisville is more than just a restaurant, it's a continuation of a story deeply rooted in the community," Siddiqui said in a news release. "It represents another chapter in our delicious history here, a space where flavors bring people together for good times. This expansion is a nostalgic addition to Mr. Gatti's longstanding presence in Louisville."

According to a news release, the new location plans to offer educational programs to schools and child development centers.
