LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A historic church in downtown Louisville could be transformed into a hotel, apartments, a restaurant and a fitness center.
Plans have been filed to begin the project at the St. Paul's German Evangelical Church and parish house on Broadway.
If approved, the $80 million project would give medical staff, patients and their families a place to stay near the downtown hospitals.
