Attorney General Andy Beshear is reviving an 11-year-old lawsuit against Marathon Petroleum over gas prices during Hurricane Katrina. But a low-profile bill passed by the GOP-controlled legislature may help Marathon's case.
Attorney General Andy Beshear announced the settlement on Wednesday, saying he hopes lawmakers will dedicate the money for improving rural roads.
