LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A new sushi spot is open in Louisville.
Wasabi Asian Cuisine & Sushi Bar started welcoming customers Aug. 10 at its new location on Brownsboro Road in the former Anoosh Bistro space, according to our partners at Louisville Business First.
This is the company's first location in Louisville. It owns two other locations in Elizabethtown. The restaurant's owner said the new spot is a step up, with a mix of their top-selling dishes and new menu items.
Items include sushi, specialty rolls, poke bowls, ramen, hibachi, stir-fry dishes and bento boxes. The restaurant will also offer cocktails and a selection of Japanese whiskies.
Wasabi is open Tuesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., with extended hours on Friday and Saturday.
