LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville police are looking for the person who shot into a home Tuesday night, hitting a teenager.
According to a release from LMPD, the shooting happened about 11:15 p.m. on South 43rd Street in the Chickasaw neighborhood. Police said a 14-year-old was found with a gunshot wound to the buttocks. The teen is expected to be okay. LMPD says it believes the shooter opened fire into the home before running away.
LMPD's non-fatal shooting squad is canvassing the area for video and witnesses. Anyone with information on this shooting is asked to call the tip line at 502- 574-LMPD (5673). You do not have to give them your name.
