LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- An 18-year-old woman was hit by a stray bullet inside her home Tuesday night.
Louisville Metro Police spokesperson Sgt. Matt Sanders said it happened around 10:45 p.m. in the 3500 block of Kahlert Avenue in the Jacobs neighborhood.
According the LMPD, the bullet went through the window and hit the 18-year-old in the arm. She was treated for her injury at the scene before being taken to UofL Hospital downtown.
She is expected to be OK.
The shooting remains under investigation.
