LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A 32-year-old man was shot and killed Thursday night in Carrollton, Kentucky.
According to the Carroll County Sheriff's Office, officers responded to 56 New Castle Pike at 8:30 p.m. on a report of a man who had been shot to death.
The victim was identified as Stephan Burgin.
Police said that 25-year-old Jessie James Burgin was arrested the next day in connection with the shooting.
He's been charged with murder (domestic violence), theft of a firearm, fleeing or evading police and tampering with physical evidence.
