LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A statewide Amber Alert has been issued for a 4-month-old girl missing out of Simpsonville, Kentucky.
Paislee Lay is described as having blonde hair, blue eyes and weighs about 10 pounds. She was last seen wearing a pink onesie.

Officials said she was last seen with her father Michael Lay, and he has black hair, blue eyes, is about 6 feet tall and weighs 160 pounds.
He may be driving a green 1998 Buick Le Sabre with license plate K2R477. The car has tape over the right headlight and the license plate might not be on the vehicle.
