LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville man is accused of stealing credit card information from customers at local restaurants and spending thousands of dollars.
Justin Fox, 27, was arrested and charged with credit card fraud in three separate cases.
According to court documents, Fox admitted to writing down customers' credit card numbers while working at area restaurants.
Most recently, Fox is accused of stealing credit card information from customers while he was working at a local Mark's Feed Store.
Police said he used one victim's card to spend more than $10,000 on multiple purchases at Home Depot.
Investigators said Fox told them he's been supporting a drug habit.
In January, he pleaded guilty to using credit card information taken from a customer at a Jeffersontown Buffalo Wild Wings. In that case, according to court records, Fox compiled a list of more than 50 credit card numbers.
Fox was put on probation after that case, which could now be revoked. He is currently out on bond.
