LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A 53-year-old man was shot and killed Sunday, July 12, in Louisville's Shelby Park neighborhood.
Officer Adam Sears, a spokesperson for Louisville Metro Police, said officers responded to a reported shooting in the 300 block of East Oak Street at 4:35 p.m.
Police said officers found a man who had been shot and was unresponsive. He died at the scene.
The Jefferson County Coroner's Office identified the victim Sunday as Maurice Gasaway.
No suspects have been identified.
