LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A Pennsylvania man who grabbed a 7-year-old girl in a southern Indiana grocery store bathroom was sentenced Wednesday.
In court Wednesday morning, Senior Judge Roger Davis sentenced Bradley Moyer to 2 1/2 years in prison.
Moyer pleaded guilty in June to multiple felony charges, including battery, voyeurism and auto heft.
Court documents said the incident happened in October of last year at a Jay C Food Store in Charlestown. Investigators said Moyer inappropriately touched a 7-year-old girl inside a women’s restroom and pulled off her shoe. Police also alleged he used a phone in an attempt to record under a bathroom stall.
According to authorities, the child’s mother confronted Moyer inside the store. He then fled the scene, getting into a vehicle and driving away. Police say a bystander who tried to intervene was struck during the confrontation.
