LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A Pennsylvania man has pleaded guilty after authorities said a disturbing incident at a Southern Indiana grocery store escalated into multiple felony charges, according to court records.

Bradley Moyer pleaded guilty to battery, voyeurism and auto theft.

Court documents said the incident happened in October of last year at a Jay C Food Store in Charlestown. Investigators said Moyer inappropriately touched a 7-year-old girl inside a women’s restroom and pulled off her shoe. Police also alleged he used a phone in an attempt to record under a bathroom stall.

According to authorities, the child’s mother confronted Moyer inside the store. He then fled the scene, getting into a vehicle and driving away. Police say a bystander who tried to intervene was struck during the confrontation.

Moyer is scheduled to be sentenced July 22.
