LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The two men shot and killed in Louisville's California neighborhood in December have been identified.
Louisville Metro Police officers responded to the shooting in the 2200 block of Garland Avenue, near Dr. W. J. Hodge Street, around 7:23 p.m. Dec. 21, 2024.
When they arrived, they located five men who had been shot. Two of the men were pronounced dead at the scene, while the other three were taken to University Hospital in serious but stable condition.
The Jefferson County Coroner's Office identified the victims Sunday as 61-year-old Morris Felton and 62-year-old Craig Robinson.

Police arrested Abrahem Balata in connection to the shooting.
The 39-year-old was identified to police by one of the surviving victims, according to the arrest citation.
According to the citation, Balata entered the detached garage at the house and shot all five victims "with the intent to cause death."
Balata's bond was set to $1 million cash and he's due back in court on Jan. 24.Â
