LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The two teens charged with firing shots at the Pegasus Parade have been identified in court documents.
According to an arrest report, 15-year-old Jeremiah Carter and 16-year-old Deshawn Johnson are charged with assault and wanton endangerment stemming from the May incident.
A 14-year-old girl and 17-year-old boy were hit.
Police say Carter admitted to shooting the firearm in the crowd, had marijuana on him and told police he was trying to sell it.
Johnson allegedly told police he got the stolen gun and gave it to Carter. Police say Johnson then tried to get rid of the gun during his arrest.
Both have been indicted. Both teen suspects talked to police.
