LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A former Jefferson County Public Schools officer, arrested earlier this month for passing out while drunk in the drive-thru of a local fast food restaurant, has been arrested again for suspected drunk driving.
According to an arrest report for Christopher Minniear, a pedestrian flagged down police after spotting Minniear on UofL's campus, near the business school, driving recklessly and trying to drive into a restricted area.
The report goes on to say he had an two beer cans in the car, and one of them was open.
Police said Minniear is "not affiliated with the university and has no business being on campus."
Minniear was arrested last week, accused of passing out while intoxicated in the drive-turn of a local McDonalds, then allegedly hiding pills and alcohol from police.
He was released on his own recognizance after his arraignment in court the next morning. He also resigned from JCPS.
Minniear is being held at Metro Corrections in downtown Louisville and will be arraigned Saturday morning.
