LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A former Oldham County deputy judge-executive was indicted for felony theft and official misconduct. 

An Oldham County Grand Jury indicted Joseph Ender, 40, on Friday for theft greater than $10,000 and official misconduct after an investigation by the Kentucky Attorney General's Department of Criminal Investigations (DCI), according to a release from the AG's office.

Ender is accused of sending Oldham County Road Department equipment and employees to work on his private property, according to the release. 

He's scheduled to be arraigned Jan. 8, 2026.
