LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — The discovery of human remains in Lincoln County has prompted Kentucky State Police to launch a death investigation.
The KSP post in Richmond was contacted at about 4:30 p.m. Thursday after a water treatment plant worker discovered skeletal remains in a shallow creek.Â
The Lincoln County coroner took the remains to Frankfort to have them identified.
KSP is asking anyone with any information about the incident to call police.
