LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A former U.S. Army soldier is getting ready to stand trial after allegedly shooting his wife at her birthday party.
Jordan Henning is charged with murdering his wife Ashley in their Hardin County home back in 2023.
Police said the two had an argument at her birthday party, which led to Jordan shooting Ashley several times.
The couple were both active duty military servicemembers based at Fort Knox.
Jury selection for his trial begins Monday morning.
