LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Grayson County man was arrested Saturday morning after police said he fired a gun inside Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort.
The Frankfort Police Department said officers received the report of a shot fired at the distillery just before 7 a.m. Saturday. Officers found James Ande, of Caneyville, who they said appears to be intoxicated.
After speaking with witnesses, officers arrested Ande. He's charged with:
- Wanton Endangerment 1st w/Aggravator (Drugs)
- Public Intoxication
- Trafficking Marijuana w/Aggravator (firearms)
- Possession of an Open Container in a Motor Vehicle
He's being held at the Franklin County jail.
