LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Louisville Metro Police are investigating after a shooting on Preston Highway.
LMPD officers responded to a report of a shooting at the McDonald's on Preston Highway at Phillips Lane a little after 5 p.m. Tuesday, according to LMPD spokesperson Sgt. Matt Sanders.
Upon arrival, officers found a man, believed to be in his 30s, who had been shot in the arm. The man was taken to University of Louisville Hospital with non-life threatening injuries, Sanders said.
Sanders said police think the incident might have occurred in the 5000 block of Preston Highway in the road, but LMPD's Non-Fatal Shooting Unit is still investigating. Police have no suspects and have made no arrests.
