LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man was arrested in connection to a shooting last December at a gas station in Louisville's Portland neighborhood.

Jarrett Dennis, 36, is facing assault and wanton endangerment charges.

According to an arrest citation, Dennis shot the victim while they were pumping gas into their vehicle in the 2100 block of Duncan Street.

A search warrant was done at Dennis' residence and officers recovered five firearms. One of the firearms had matching casings from the shooting.

Dennis was arrested just last week in connection to a separate shooting on West Chestnut Street in October.

The victims in both shootings survived.

Dennis is scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m. Wednesday.
