LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Louisville police are investigating a shooting in the Park Hill neighborhood.
Around 9:30 p.m. Saturday, LMPD responded to the 1300 block of Dixie Highway, near W. Ormsby Avenue, on a reported shooting, department spokesperson Aaron Ellis said.
When offices arrived, they found a man, thought to be in his 50s, with a gunshot wound in the parking lot of a business. Ellis said officers rendered aid until EMS arrived, transporting the man to University Hospital. Ellis said the man's injuries are critical and life-threatening.Â
Due to the man's severe injuries, LMPD Homicide Unit is investigating. There are no suspects.
