LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police are investigating after a man was shot and killed in the city's Park Duvalle neighborhood on Thursday.
Officers were called to the 1800 block of Cypress Street just before 4:30 p.m. on a reported shooting, LMPD Spokesperson John Bradley said in a statement. That's off Algonquin Parkway, between South 22nd Street and Wilson Avenue, on the border with the Algonquin neighborhood.
Once on scene, police found a man with multiple gunshot wounds. Bradley said despite life-saving efforts, the man died at the scene.
LMPD's Homicide Unit is investigating, but has no suspects and has made no arrests.
