LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man is dead after being shot in the Russell neighborhood on Saturday evening.
Louisville Metro Police Lt. Todd Hollis said officers responded on a report of a shooting in area of 24th Street and Elliott Avenue around 7 p.m.
Officers found a man who had been shot multiple times. He was pronounced deceased on the scene.
LMPD's Homicide Unit is investigating.
