LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A man is dead after a shooting in Old Louisville Wednesday.
Louisville Metro Police Spokesperson Dwight Mitchell said officers responded to a shooting in the 1200 block of S. 3rd Street about 6:42 p.m.
Officers found a man who had been shot, and he was pronounced dead on the scene.
Mitchell said officers are searching the area for witnesses, and ask anyone with information about this shooting to call the anonymous Crime Tip Line at 502-574-LMPD (5374) or tips can be submitted anonymously through the department's online Crime Tip Portal by clicking here.
