LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A person is in critical condition after being hit by a car Tuesday night on Breckenridge Lane.
According to LMPD spokesman Matthew Sanders, the person was hit just after 11:00 p.m. in the 2700 block of Breckenridge Lane, near Interstate 264.
When officers arrived on scene, they found the person lying in the roadway. They were immediately taken to University Hospital with life-threatening injuries, Sanders said.
The driver stayed on scene until police arrived and was arrested after showing signs of intoxication.
