LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police say a Frankfort man was supposed to be taking a 16-year-old girl to church, but instead he took her home and raped her.

According to court documents, 25-year-old Deavon Eastman was arrested by deputies with the Franklin County Sheriff's Department on Tuesday morning.

Investigators say Eastman had gotten permission from the alleged victim's parents to take her to church, but instead took her to his home on Camp Pleasant Road in Frankfort.

The victim told investigators that he fondled her sexually three times while she was there, despite her telling him each time to stop. She said he told her that he "knew pressure points that could kill her instantly," and she feared for her life.

When confronted by detectives at his home, Eastman allegedly told them that he was on medication at the time of the incident, but admitted to touching her sexually. He denied that he was told to stop but admitted that he "was not in his right mind" when it happened.

Eastman was arrested. While en route to the jail, he allegedly leaned forward and began staring at a detective's firearm, mumbling that he, "didn't want to cause a scene." When asked about what he was doing, Eastman replied that he, "thought about slipping his cuffs and grabbing the detective's pistol like John Wick," according to court documents.

Investigators say he kept trying to slip out of his cuffs and told detectives he was fluent in martial arts and knew pressure points that could kill a human.

Eastman is charged with three counts of first-degree rape, engaging in an unlawful transaction with a minor and menacing.

He's currently being held in the Franklin County Detention Center.
