LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A church located near a southern Indiana landmark is now on the market for $1.5 million.
The Colgate Baptist Church in Clarksville is for sale, according to our partners at Louisville Business First.
The church sits on one acre on East Montgomery Avenue, near the former Colgate-Palmolive plant.
The listing agent said the church is pivoting their congregation and relocating because they're not utilizing the space they have.
The two-story building houses a gym, three sanctuaries, three kitchens, a laundry room, 10 offices and an outdoor pavilion.
The sale comes ahead of a major redevelopment of the former Colgate plant site.
