LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A southern Indiana man was arrested Thursday on more than 40 counts of possessing child sex abuse material involving juveniles "ranging from 'babies to teens.'"

Pemmon Person, 47, of Jeffersonville, was arrested in Louisville. According to an arrest citation, detectives received a report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about a user who uploaded more than 1,000 photos and videos of suspected child sex abuse material to "a cloud-based storage account."

Investigators determined at least 20 of the photos or videos depicted juveniles under the age of 12.

The report led detectives to Person, who admitted to viewing child sex abuse material "described as juveniles ranging from 'babies to teens.'"

Person was charged with 20 counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor under 12 and 20 counts of possessing matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor over 12, but under 18.

In court for his arraignment Friday morning, Person pleaded not guilty and judge Anne Delahanty set his bond at $100,000 cash. His next court appearance was scheduled for Aug. 3.
