LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Louisville Metro Police are investigating after a man was shot in the city's Taylor Berry neighborhood Wednesday evening.

Police were called to the area of Taylor Boulevard and Sale Avenue a little after 6 p.m. for a reported shooting, LMPD spokesperson Dwight Mitchell said.

When police arrived, they found a 19-year-old man had been shot in the arm. Mitchell said the man was treated by EMS and transported to UofL Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

LMPD's Non-Fatal Shooting Unit is investigating, but have no suspects. Anyone with information about this shooting is asked to call LMPD's anonymous Crime Tip Line at 502-574-LMPD (5673) or submit an anonymous tip on the department's Crime Tip Portal by clicking here.
