Southern Indiana traffic stop leads to drug bust, arrest

FLOYD COUNTY, Ind. (WDRB) -- Indiana State Police make a routine traffic stop in Floyd County and find three pounds of meth in the vehicle.

Police say the street value of that amount of meth is more than $150,000.

On Saturday, the K-9 unit conducted a sweep around the vehicle and alerted his handler of the drugs inside.

After a search Jose Rodriguez-Palma of Indianapolis was arrested on numerous drug charges as well as driving without ever obtaining a license.

Police are still investigating.
